Welcome to the Simulation & Technology-enhanced Learning Initiative (STeLI) website

STeLI promotes the use of powerful educational technologies, such as e-learning and simulation, to enrich the delivery of healthcare professional workforce training and promote high quality service delivery.

These facilities allow the development of professional capabilities, such as crisis resource management, effective communications, team work and leadership skills, in an entirely patient safe environment. 

STeLI is a flagship project of the London Deanery’s and NHS London’s ‘Excellence in Education’ strategy and forms a key element in the response to European working time directive.
